Advanced Quantum Theory (2017/18)
This course is offered as part of the Bristol MSci/MSc programmes, and as a course for PhD students within the Taught Course Centre (TCC).

Arrangements for PhD students: PhD students taking the course for credit are assessed by homework (pass/fail/distinction) unless agreed otherwise. PhD students from outside Bristol can submit their homework by email to sebastian.muller (add @bristol.ac.uk).
Lectures: Thursday 2-4 pm, TCC room (from 25 Jan until 22 March). The 22 March lecture was added to replace the lecture missed due to ice and snow.
Problem classes: Friday 9 am, Physics 3.34 (in four weeks, 2 Feb, 16 Feb, 23 Feb and 16 March). The problem classes are not transmitted through the TCC.
Drop in session: Tuesday 15:30-16:30 in my office (Howard House 4.08)

In the copies of problem sheet 6 distributed in the lecture the end of question 1 was missing. This is corrected here.
